Amtex Precision Fabrication specializes and takes pride in producing
high tolerance, precision steel, aluminum, and stainless steel products with a

When it comes to
precision we have the expertise, experience, and machinery to meet the most
demanding tolerances. Each project begins with creating the “flat
layout”, or pre-formed pattern. During this stage, all dimensions and
tolerances are determined using the most accurate methodologies. Whereas some
shops use only basic methods, Amtex Precision takes into account the material
type, thickness, bend angle, and the number of bends required for each part.
This allows us to arrive at the most accurate dimensions possible to ensure
that your tolerance requirements are met.
Our drafting department has over 40 years of
combined experience in calculating tolerance requirements based on these
criteria. They are experts at consulting on prototype work and assisting with
project feasibility.
Our CNC
machinery allows us to shear metal to within .003 inches, punch metal to within
.002 inches, and bend metal to within .003 to .005 inch tolerances. Quality
assurance testing is performed on each part as it travels from station to
station to make certain that dimensions and tolerances are being
met.
